Chapter 20
Oisin's POV
Yesterday I could barely breath but Fiona and I talked for hours. I told her the truth about Maggie, how I fell for her and thought she was my other half. Fiona knew the story for the most part: she knew that Maggie was beautiful, powerful, and cheated on me with Rian after I declined the title of King. He swears she was his soulmate and I swore she was mine.
Fiona has been by my side the entire time and not once asked for Liam since I described the pull the Maggie and how it differs to the pull to Evelyn. I know she is now doubting her mate and it's my fault, but Fiona deserves her true Leanan Sidhe*.
Rian's witch is an old crone. She might have some link to the druids but she's a traditionally trained witch. No psychic abilities, just a lot of herbs, spells, and sage.

Middle Land Chapter 21
Evelyn's POVI have no idea how long I've been here but the longer I stay trapped in this nightmare the weaker I feel.She is waiting for my will to fight to go; for my light of hope and life to dim. Jacques is a genius. This gown is all about illusions. It gives an illusion of a neckline, golden detailed tattoos down the arm on such light fabric it's hard to see even when it's on me. The dress is detailed from head to toe with Swarovski crystal embellishments, especially on the bodice. They glitter like the rainbow whenever I move or the light hits me. The bodice is tight and the rest flows out. He used lilac purple and a rose gold to give it an umbrae effect. It's absolutely stunning.I love that he picked a shade of purple. I know it's a regal color and I look good in it. Fiona's POVI refuse to leave while my brothers and my best friend are obviously in so much pain. The ball is gorgeous and my pull towards Liam is strong but I have to stay away.Maggie.
