Elyana’s Point of View

I saw him enter the walk-in closet. I closed my eyes, thinking he had quit bothering me, and I could finally rest. I took one pillow, squeezing it tightly because the pain in my stomach was too much at that time.

“Are you okay, Elyana?”

I almost cussed when I heard his voice again. He didn’t even take him a few minutes to raid my closet. I didn’t answer right away. My mind was focusing on the pain I was feeling.

"Should I take you to the hospital or buy you some medicine?" Felicity’s voice was full of concern.

I opened my eyes and saw him so near. I turned to the other side of the bed because I didn’t want to see him.

"Even if I tell you, you won't be able to understand how I feel because you haven't experienced it—so just ignore me and leave me alone,” I told him in a low voice.

I felt so weak at that time. I no longer had the strength to start an argument. It pissed me off that Felicity didn’t want to leave immediately, and his voice was irritating to my ear
