Focusing on doing your work is hard enough without your co-workers constantly stealing glances at you. I could hear all of them talking in hushed tones when my face was buried in my screen, but the moment I lift my head up, all of them would stop and pretend to be doing something else.

"Let's have lunch." Andrea suddenly appeared behind my cubicle. These are the times that I'm absolutely grateful that I'm working at the same company as my best friend.
