Chapter 26

Kaif's POV,

I saw Naila shivering in her sleep. She had a wet cloth on her forehead and her face was red. I touched her neck... she was burning up. 

I opened the drawer and took out the medicine the doctor gave. Ayesha filled half a glass of water and then dissolved the tablet in it. Gently lifting her head, I leaned her on my chest as I brought the glass to her lips making her drink. Her face changed. It must've been bitter. I laid her back again. Her temperature must've increased because of the cold IV drip. It's normal though but I was too worried to leave her alone.

Naila's POV, 

I woke up feeling much better, it was morning now. I looked beside me and Ayesha was sleeping soundly. I smiled moving her hair from her face and gently kissing her forehead. She moaned in her sleep turning away. 

Aww, my cute little baccha. 

I felt a presence on my right. I gasped to find Kaif sitting on the floor.
