Alex's POV

"I didn't come here to know what you have been doing with my ex girlfriend, all I am saying is that I need you. If you have been on the Internet lately you will realize that our company and especially our chairman is under some kind of threat from an unknown blackmailer, and since you are the only person who is good at this job, we will like to hire you to take that up", Lucian spilled.

I just sat there at the counter without saying a word, with our fist clasped on top of the counter waiting for our drinks. When Lucian said he wanted to see me in person, I knew that he will vomit a stupid plan at some point, and that was the exact thing he spilled.
