Chapter 31.3

At the airport, Stella and Charles waved at Doctor Akira who was walking towards the entrance. It was sad for Stella to see her doctor go without them talking a lot but at the same time, she felt really relieved that Charles didn't ask any further questions about doctor Akira's field. 

When the doctor faded from their view, Stella turned to Charles and saw him looking at her already. She didn't know why he was looking at her like this. Then he suddenly took a step closer and hugged her.

"Wha-What are you doing? I'm not leaving!"

"I know," he softly said. "Why? Can't I hug you out here all of a sudden?"

"No. It just feels weird that you do it out of nowhere."

Charles broke the hug, sighing heavily as he backs away, plastering a slight smile. He's really hard to read sometimes yet there are times when he is very easy too.

"You're pretty cold sometimes, Stella," he uttered, taking her hand so suddenly. "Let's go enjoy the rest of the day."
