I knew if I spent one second in this god damn party, I was going to explode so, I slipped away before anyone noticed.

I found an unoccupied balcony and heaved a sigh of relief to finally be alone. I had been surrounded by guests the whole day.

What was I saying? I had been surrounded by people for the past one month. Hair stylists, makeup artists, fashion designers, media and all sort of people.

Caliste didn’t let me have a single breathing space and now that the wedding was today, I couldn’t wait for it to be over.

The white wedding was over and now it was the reception and I had worn over five dresses within that period.

Though I had to admit, this was my favorite. The ocean blue dress clung to me perfectly. Not too tight that it was suffocating and not too loose that it felt heavy.

Instead, it flowed around me like water and I loved it. At least the designers proved themselves worthy.

“Food for thought?” A sly voice crept up behind me, causing me to hiss in frustration.
