Two weeks on

Aliyah POV

How time flies? It has been one week since Liam got discharged, and I've been by his side since then even though he never liked the idea and kept pushing me away. I know I deserve it, anyway. I thought I was doing everything for my daughter, but over the last weeks since I've spent most of my time with him, I've come to realize how much of a changed man he is. I've come to realize that although I lost feelings for him in the past, a part of me still has a twinge of feelings for him. A part of me wanted to work things out and stick around with this man for the rest of my life, and that is what I've decided on.
