I slept in Cole's bed and he did not touch me like he had promised, though we held each other all night like we were glued to each other.

We were still snuggled up to each other when I heard a loud, "Morning, mommy and daddy!"

I was about to jerk out of the bed, but Cole had me pinned with a strong arm around my waist. I turned my face to him and he had a lazy smirk on his face as he stared at me before turning to Purity's direction.

I turned to face her too, swallowing as I awaited her judgement. I was a bit stunned ft to see a wide smile on her face as she watched us.

"Good morning, princess. How did you sleep?" Cole asked and she skipped to him, the smile never leaving her face. I looked at Cole now, a silent plea on my face for him to let me go and he did, after a slight chuckle.

"Good, daddy! Are you and mommy friends now?" She swiftly asked.

Cole answered, "More than friends. Your mommy and I are very good to each other now. She does not hate me as much now."
