CHAPTER SEVEN

Anastasia got back home and collapsed on her couch immediately. "Oh, goodness, what a heck of a day!" She exclaimed, placing her palm on her forehead with her eyes shut. A few minutes later, Anna opened her eyes and sat upright on the bed as she recalled the handsome man she met at the hotel today.

Damn, his wife or girlfriend must be so lucky to have such a man in her life. She chuckled as she called Emma's Nanny. As soon as the nanny arrived, Anna questioned, "Where's my daughter?"

"Emma's upstairs attending to her homework."

"Alright. Prepare some snacks immediately and bring them upstairs, okay?" She instructed and began to head upstairs. As Anna got to her daughter's room, she slowly opened the door to see Emma seated on her reading table and focused on her books. As a mother, this was a proud moment for Anna. Her daughter was so smart and intelligent that it sometimes made Anna wonder if she took after her unknown father because she wasn't so smart.
