The majority of shares in the DeRoss Group are held by the DeRoss family. Mr. DeRoss holds 35%, Emily and Haley hold 25% each, and the remaining shareholders hold smaller portions.

Originally, Emily was the largest shareholder.

After the division of shares, Haley is now tied for second place. With the distribution of Haley's shares and in order to increase her influence, Mr. DeRoss transferred one percent of his shares to her. As a result, Haley became the third largest shareholder, only one percent behind the second.
