Chapter 2

Were in front of the history room and i really nervous to went inside  because I know that the students inside are the students who i met earlier.

"Don't worry they won't bite." Rain said and put her arm around me. I looked at Cloud who was reading his book while waiting for us to enter our History room.

"Are you nervous?" I asked him, he looked at me and closed the book he was reading.

"No, I'm even more confident." He says.

"Hope all." I said, I looked at the left side of Cloud overlooking the other building.

"Where is Zero's Room?" I ask.

"Why are you looking for the room of the son of the owner of Moonlight?" Cloud asked.

"I'm just curious." I answered and took a deep breath. Is it in the other building? I just want to be friends.

"If you want to be friends with him, don't expect it. Because nobles like him definitely don't make friends with people like us." He says. Which is actually truth.

"Let's go." Star said when the door of the History room opened, I let Cloud enter first while I looked again at the Building in front of us. I smiled when I saw Zero standing where he had stood before while looking at me.

I immediately waved at him while smiling. He just smiled at me and then suddenly disappeared. Does he have the power to suddenly disappear?

"A new classmate of yours looks crazy." I was surprised by what the speaker said, I immediately looked in front of me and saw an old woman looking at me.

"G-Good day." I said, from where I was standing I could hear the laughter of my classmates inside.

I was devastated to realize that I was the only one standing outside our History room, Cloud was already in the chair. Is he done introducing himself?

"Maybe you want to come in?" The old woman in front of me asked, maybe she is our history teacher. As she said I entered the history room and was amazed at its size and breadth. There is a large blackboard in the front the size of the wall of this room. Gold chairs for the students to sit here and some History teaching equipment.

"Introduce yourself." Says our teacher then she closed the door,i was shy a little because Me and our history teacher are the only person whose standing in front while my classmates were sitting in their seats.

"Oh, the landfill is here!" I looked at my classmate who said that, the whispers echoed again in our classroom.

"Idiot!"

"Hoe!"

"Cheap!"

"She's just an obvious bitch." A crumpled paper hit me in the face, causing the students here to laugh.

"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!"

Calm  down Moon, don't let anything happen because you are just a beginner and they are strong creatures. Place yourself Moon.

"Shut up! Stop if you don't want Negative F on your papers!" Our history teacher shouted and silenced them. Fortunately, they are afraid to put an F on the paper.

"Ms. Moon, Introduce yourself." She said that's why I took a deep breath before facing my classmates again.

"My ..... name is ..... Moon Laureen Venumous ... I'm a ..... Levite and I'm one of those picked from RF--" I couldn't continue what I was about to say when suddenly laughed my classmates.

"We have a Levite classmate Guys!" A man in the back shouted, which made my classmates even louder.

I just went and forced myself to calm down, I don't want to show that I am weak as they say but with what they are doing to me now such as throwing paper at me, my self -esteem is getting weaker.

Is it like this here? just because my only ability is reading minds,i'm weak? Just because I only have one ability they underestimate me?

Was it my fault that I was born with only one ability?

Is it my fault that I am from the tribe of Levite?

"Sit down." Our teacher said and pointed to an empty seat at the end where there was another vacancy next door. I did walk to there. 

I was already sitting in the chair where our history teacher had taught me, a woman next to me suddenly moved away from her chair and seemed disgusted that I could be next to her.

I just ignored that and looked out the window near the history room door. I heard that our teacher's discussion had started but nothing else entered my mind but the mistakes it of my classmates to me.

I stopped when I saw Zero who suddenly stopped walking and peeked out the window then smiled at me, I looked at my classmates who were only focused on our teacher's disscusion. I turned my gaze back to Zero who was carrying a notebook and wrote something and then turned to me. I first looked at my classmates to see if they could see Zero's letter but they only focused on our teacher's lesson.

*'Don't cry'* That's what Zero wrote in the notebook he was holding. I frowned and touched my cheek, that's when I realized that my tears were dripping but I didn't even notice. I immediately wiped it off and looked at Zero with another letter.

'*Let's recess together.*' That's what he said so I looked at him looking at me, I nodded and smiled.

"Ms Moon, Can you please stand up." My eyes widened when our teacher called me. I stood up and looked at our teacher in confusion. All the eyes of my classmates were on me.

“Can you please repeat what I’ve said?” It asked. I swallowed because I didn't even know what she said because I was looking at Zero.

"Ma'am S-sorr ---"

"Stupid nut hahahahaahah." One of my classmates shouted, causing the classroom to make noise again.

It just fell silent when Red suddenly stood up.

"Yes, yes, she's stupid but can you keep quiet? Your voice is hurting my ear." She said then looked at the clock.

"I will answer the question. The olden age of Greek philosophy took place in Athens in the 5th century BC. Starting at the height of the Roman republic, Christian thought was central to philosophy at least until the enlightenment. that's it, we can take a break now.. " Red said and immediately walked out of the room. We were left silent here when the bell suddenly rang signaling the break.

"Moon, let's go." Rain said standing up, I picked up my gear and walked over to our teacher.

"I'm sorry ma'am." I said then ran to Rain.

Its break time and we are out of the History room, we are on our way to the canteen.

"Moon are you okay?" Shadow asked next to me, I nodded in response.

"I'm sorry, we didn't defend you earlier, it's because Mrs. Perez is the Teacher we're afraid of." Star said.

"It's okay, one more. You have no responsibility to me." I said as we walked.

"What's no responsibility? You're already our friend." Rain said.

"What you're saying is that Moon is a coward." Red replied that she was leading us in walking. "OH what are you looking at?" Red asked those who watched us as we walked. It was only then that I realized that almost all of the Moonlight students did not survive Red's attitude, so maybe it's really vague that I can get along with Red.

"Thank you for what you did before." I said so she stopped walking and raised her eyebrows to look at me.

"Did I? I didn't save you before, I'm just hungry so I answered the question and also because I know you're not listening." She said and stared at me then start walking again..

"Let it go, that's just the way she is." Rain said and we walked together again, I looked at a hallway where no students were passing. There I saw Zero standing and looking at me, Then I just remembered that he invited me to recess.

"You go first I'm just going somewhere." I said, frowning at them.

“Have you memorized the roundabout in the moonlight?” Cloud asked.

"Not yet, but i need to go somewhere, I'll wait for you here later." I said and ran away from them. I went to the hallway where I saw Zero earlier but when I arrived he was gone.

"He's gone already?" I asked myself.

"You're too slow." I was surprised when someone spoke behind me, when I looked behind me I didn't see anything until someone touched my back and when I looked who touch my back is, I saw Zero was smiling at me so I smiled.

"Hey, I thought you left me." I said while looking at him.

"Come on, we're going to canteen 3. The food is tastier than in Canteen 1 and 2." He said then he walked so I trimmed him and went with him, Can't the students look at us here? maybe there will be people who will belittle me again when they see me with Zero, the son of the owner of Moonlight.

"Canteen 3 is private, you serve yourself there, then it's rare for anyone to enter canteen 3 so no one will belittle you." He said reason for my surprise.

"Can you read my mind?" I ask. He smiled and nodded in response.

"We are the same, I also read the minds of a creatures." I said and smiled.

"You know, when you put up with the behaviors of your classmates before, I don't know why they became clariffied as Moonlight students." He said then turn so I turned too.

"Don't you hate me?" I asked so he looked at me as he walked then laughed.

"If I hate you, I hope i doesn't invite you to recess with me." He says. I breathed a sigh of relief at his answer.

"By the way, where is your room?" I ask.

"We have the same schedule so you're my classmate." He said so my eyes widened.

“Why didn’t you go into History earlier?” I asked.

"I fixed something and then I'm late, Mrs Perez doesn't come in late, I might even be detained if I come in HAHAHAHA." He said so I laughed, his cute laugh.

“Are you also a member of the MPA?” I asked. He nodded.

"But I can't participate in your practices because I have my own practice time." He explained. We entered a big door and I was almost shocked to see the inside, the area was full of food but the ones here were few, I could almost nail the ones here.

Why don't they eat here? is it because of the distance?  as Zero said, we would serve ourselves so we bought some delicious food before we sat down at a big table.

"Head admiral said you are the son of the owner of this Moonlight. I thought you were strange because when I saw you earlier you suddenly averted your eyes." I said while eating. He laughed, I noticed that Zero habit was laughing. I enjoy being with him  because he is full of jokes.

As we ate the two of us joked, as Zero said no one mocked or belittled me in this place. That's a lame thing, thank you. After Zero and I ate, he offered to take me to the Admiral's office because I hadn't memorized the whole Moonlight.

As I walk and talk to Zero I notice the students looking at me.

"Just let them go, they're just jealous because I'm with you HAHAHAHAHA." He said that made me laugh. In front of  the door of the Admiral's office we stopped.

"Up to this point, tomorrow we'll have a recess together." He said so I nodded.

“Are you with us at the Facility too?” I asked. He shook his head.

"No, I'm separated from you but I can come to you if I want." He said then smiled. "All right, come on in, your companions are already inside and waiting for you." He said so I nodded, I was about to open the door when suddenly it automatically opened and the first thing that popped up was Rain's worried face

"She's already here." Rain said and immediately hugged me.

"I thought you lost. But how did you master to go here? Where did  you go, Moon?" She says.

"I wasn't delivered by ---" I looked at Zero's behind me  but he's not there anymore, has he left yet?

“Who?” She asked. “Nothing.” I answered and smiled at her.

"Come on, the Admiral is looking for you, he's going to give you and Cloud's Uniform." She said and pulled me into the Admiral's office.
