Chapter 21

Mavros’ hand was wrapped around my waist protectively when I woke the following morning. I carefully turned as I did not want to wake him up. I just wanted to look at him. I missed him so much. His voice, his touch, his kisses. I missed all of him. At this point, I felt happy and fulfilled. Thankful, too. I did not know how Aspro did it, but I was thankful to him.

“You don’t know how happy I am to have you around.” I drew an invisible heart on his chest. “I feel like I can do this now.”
