The Blackwood pack is on the brink of extinction due to a mysterious illness that has been decimating their numbers. In a desperate attempt to save their pack, the Alpha has invited other werewolf packs to send their strongest warriors to mate with their females in the hopes of producing stronger offspring who can fight off the illness. Mia finds out that she is mated to three different Alphas of the different packs and their unified powers are to be used to cure the pack of the rampaging illness.
