“Fuck me again,” Gaby said as she eyed him, clearing her throat and turning to both Silver and Elena. “Before he says anything stupid. This is my stepbrother I was talking about, Craig.” She said and looked back to her food instantly. Elena and Silver’s eyes clashed, they’d been wondering who it could be but never thought of the extent of the basketball team. He was in the art class, so they didn’t meet. “Wow! Stupid,” Craig muttered to their hearing before his eyes turned to Elena. “Can I seat beside you?” He asked. Elena adjusted for him, shifting a bit closer to Xavier. He had a huge frame but was still more of the high school type, with long and curly hair that stopped after his neck, and brown eyes that looked like they were staring into someone’s soul, not to mention his lips that looked so plump and soft. She felt someone kick her from under the table and looked away from him immediately. “Don’t worry you c
“So is this your new crush or the guy you’re seeing now?” Craig asked as he noticed Gaby talking to a guy that came out of nowhere. “Idiot. At least try to settle down and think before spouting words,” Gaby retorted, mimicking his words before turning to James. “James, meet my stepbrother, Craig. And Craig, this is my friend, James.” She replied, eyeing Craig not to say anything stupid. Craig's face formed a smile again, scrutinizing James under his intense gaze before nodding his head. “He’s not bad.” He muttered as he continued his food and Elena. The table was fun, each of them making conversations and being immersed in their food. Even after they’d finished their food, they didn’t rush to stand up from the table, Silver with Xavier, Elena talking to Craig and smiling more than she had done that week and Gaby with James, already annoying the life out of him. The bell rang out all of a sudden, announcing that their chat t
The rest of the week passed in a blur and by the time it was Friday, everyone already knew about James’s party, not to talk of the basketball team that decided on going last minute. It was the first party that the art students would team up with the science students.Given the amount of cute and handsome boys that dominated the art society, most of the girls in the school wanted to attend, have good sex and find someone before they all returned home. By 6pm, James house was already full with students from the school, dressed in mini tight dress that did nothing to cover their body. Most of the girls were in see through tops, and short skirts that covered part of their ass.“This is huge, man. Your parents won’t complain about this?” Matthew asked as his eyes roamed through the entire house.“Nope. I told them about it already. Apart from not breaking anything and not leading the guests to their room, everywhere else is mine.” He replied as he glanced at the person in charge of music,
“Have a nice day,” Xavier said, exchanging a kiss with Silver before turning to his part of the building and walking off. Both Elena and Gaby rolled their eyes as they watched him walk away. They were all in front of Elena’s locker, waiting for her to pack her books and Xavier had come to meet them there to greet his girlfriend an ‘early morning’ and also give her the early morning kiss. Elena was happy for Silver, the way she smiled, the way she was with him, she really liked Xavier. “Ooohhh. Look who got another flower.” Silver muttered, eyeing Elena seductively as Elena rolled her eyes and turned to face Gaby. “What are you getting out of this?” She asked with the flower in her right hand. Gaby tucked her hair to the back of her ear, avoiding Elena’s gaze and just glancing all around. “I told you it’s Gaby who’s helping him. How does he know the lock to my locker, and how does he put it inside with no one seeing him?” Elena said,
It was almost a month since Matthew and Elena had started their fight and had no intentions of clearing it. Things were better now, apart from the occasional glancing at each other, everything else did well. Elena now had Craig, whom everyone knows was hitting on her. “So…” Gaby called out as they got out of Silver’s car. Elena eyed her, putting her in her scrutinizing gaze as they walked towards her locker. “I bet she’s hiding something. She has been acting weird ever since yesterday.” Elena added, turning to silver to back her up. “I can’t say.” Silver replied without looking at Elena. Elena glanced back and forth between the two of them. If Gaby was acting suspiciously, she could still try to get a hold of that. But Silver acting the same way was something that was top-notch suspicious. “What’s going on?” She asked as they stood beside her locker. “Hey Matthew,” Silver greeted, making Elena’s heart jump up.
The day ended with Elena and Craig being the hot topic, and Bianca appearing in a few cases. During the cafeteria period, both of them were nowhere to be found. The surprise he had done for her in the class was something that no one had seen before, even annoying some girls while some cheered for her. With the help of Gaby and Silver, immediately she entered the class, gifts and letters were arranged on the table, and she read every one of them out before she could seat down. As if it was being planned, the teacher did not come in until she was done reading and the other student was done fawning. All this irritated Matthew to the bone, leaving the class until they finished everything they were doing.“Elena,” Gaby called out at the end of the day from silver’s car.“Are you guys leaving me out or what?” Elena asked with a raise of her brow as she approached both of them.“Nope. We’re not leaving you out. I’m leaving the both of you out. Since you guys are now taken and I’m the single
“Have a nice day babe.” Craig said as he dropped kissed Elena on the lips, turning to walk to their building.Elena watched him disappear before opening her locker and bringing out her books, putting her bag inside it before closing the locker.“Ahh.” She jumped up in shock before a hiss escaped her lips.“I’m not interested in talking to the both of you. Live your single life and you, your ‘taken’ life.” She said as she moved to walk away.“But he dropped you at home already, why are you mad at us?” Gaby asked as she blocked Elena’s path.“Because you didn’t ask me if I wanted to follow him out or not. You just threw me under the bus.”She replied, eyeing the both of them and moving to pass another side.Silver wrapped her hand around her neck, a smile booming on her lips as she glanced at her.“How did the ride go?” She asked.Elena removed her hand, looking at both of them and shaking her head negatively.“I get why I became friends with Gaby, but Silver, how did we become friends?
Silver stared at Matthew in shock, surprised at the word that just came out of his mouth. With her wide mouth agape, begging for her to close it and her throat trying to find some words to say to him, she brought her mouth to a close, clenching her jaw and averting her gaze away from him.“So that’s the end of the friendship. Now I get it.” She muttered before looking up at him again.“What’s wrong with you? Why are you in the school clinic all of a sudden?” She asked, raking his body with her eyes.“Felt a little tired and nauseous, so here am I..”“Are you pregnant?”“What!” Matthew almost yelled out with widened eyes.A deep laugh resounded from Silver’s throat, her face full of smiles."That’s good. Take care of yourself." She said and moved to stand up from the bed."Congratulations on finally leaving the single team."Silver stopped in her tracks and turned back to look at Matthew, her lips stretching into a wide smile."I could say the same to you, but I don't know your status
