Meghan POV

"Why do I feel a bit guilty you threw her outside like that?" The bedsheet was starting to losen, but I pulled it up against my breast again, adjusting it so it covered my whole body.

"I asked nicely, but did she listen?" Jade walked towards the mini fridge to get two cans of beers.

I shook my head, "no, I'm not drinking. I'm not even staying, Jade. Just waiting for her to leave first."

He eyed me up and down, then his gaze returned to his beer and a loud gasp like noise sounded as he pulled the lids of both cans. "Did I tell you it was for you?"

My mouth hung open in the air. "You owe me an apology, don't you know that?"

"Can you at least go back and change to an outfit? I don't think I can help myself for too long knowing with just one tug on your long write dress and you're all naked."

It was an effort to keep my face all calm and smooth. "Tonight was a mistake. I'll get changed and leave now."
