"Alec! What are you doing here." I was shocked at the fact that he was here when I never told him about my plan to visit my father.
"You should be grateful that I came here on time. Camellia told me when I called to ask if you would be free to have lunch with me," he stated whilst walking to me stood between my father and I, as a way of protecting me.
"Mr McKinley, there is no need for you being here when I'm having a peaceful conversation with my daughter is there."
"I'm sorry Mr Miller, but this did not seem like a peaceful conversation that you have described. All I saw when I came into your study was you about to lay a hand on my wife.
