Third person p.o.v

The car stopped at the house , it was well built .

Jade and Alex got out gazing at the house from afar .

Jade's heart started beating fast as nervousness crept inside of her .

" Are you sure this is the house , she is here " Jade asks Alex, biting her lips nervously .

" Yeah… those men at the old address said that after Meerub's mother died her father took her with him " he informed her .

They came to Pakistan to see Meerab's well being . Jade just wants to make sure she is okay .

" Jade she is with her father…. Who can take better care of a child then a father " Alex tried to make her understand .

" If we came this far , don't you think we should see her once? " Jade pleaded .

Letting out a sigh Alex opens the iron door leading to a lawn .

As they were heading toward the door , they saw a small girl, who must be 7 years old, brooming the lawn in this scorching heat . Her bare legs are full of scars , the sleeves of her old dress are torn .

There was a burning mark
