Chapter Fifty Five

~Caden’s POV~

I sat in a corner of my room and in my hands was a tiny photograph of Adriana and I on our first date.

She had been smiling brightly into the camera and I could still feel how tightly she had wrapped her hands around my waist. I could even still perceive the sweet smell of her light smelling perfume.

It was strange how time flew. How she suddenly turned from this smiley, lovey young adult who loved wearing pink dresses with red matte lipsticks on her lips to the fast growing dark woman she became before she was taken away by Massimo.

Months into before she finally left, I had thought her to be overbearing. We had both wanted more from each other and it made us drift apart slowly. She had wanted more of my time and affection and I had wanted more sex.
