Chapter 2 - Hybrid Troubles & Retrograde
Justin paced back and forth in the deepest part of the basement; guilt washed over him. "What have I done?!" he screamed to the walls Kendrick didn't deserve a verbal lashing but he was unnerved by this experience. The last time he saw those agents they were hauling him away to a prison cell to be tested on. He kicked a chair, and searched the recesses of his mind for an answer. Yet he couldn't find a definitive on, his otherwise all-knowing mind had become a barren wasteland. Could it be that he had spent so long pretending to be human that he had lost touch with his whole self. He caught the image of himself, and Kendrick on their wedding day on the table. He sighed, breaking free from his wallowing. At the moment, the most important thing had to be Kendrick, and his unborn son.

Confusion struck her "How can he be making a drink? This place has no power." She thought trying to stand when Mr Moliere appeared, easing her down.
