Lucy POV

My stomach twists as I stare at him.

The thick, huge cock in his hand looks even more intimidating up close, veins prominent, the pink head already glistening with precum.

“If I do this…” My voice trembles despite my effort to stay calm. “You’ll let me leave afterward?”

Adrian’s lips curl into a smug smirk. “Yes. Satisfy me, take the money, and walk away.” He nods toward the cash. Thinking of Eric in the hospital, I swallow my pride. “Fine,” I whisper.

Just then, I crawl forward on my knees. My hands shake as I wrap them around his thick length. I’ve never done this before, but I have no choice. I lean in, my lips parting awkwardly around the head of his cock.

He’s so big my jaw aches almost immediately as I take him deeper, causing me to choke, tears forming my eyes.

Summoning all my courage, my tongue slides along the underside while I try to find a balance with my other hand.

Salty precum coats my tongue immediately as I choke a little when it hits the back of my throat, more tears stinging my eyes, but I don’t stop.

I suck harder, hollowing my cheeks, moving my head up and down his throbbing wet cock, obscene sounds filling the room.

His hand immediately and aggressively fists in my hair, guiding me roughly as he shuts his eyes in pleasure, his hips snapping forward to push himself deeper.

I can feel him pulsing against my tongue already, growing even harder.

After a few more minutes, his body tenses so badly as he pulls out suddenly with a low groan and spills hot, thick semen onto the floor, the evidence of his release marking the carpet between us. I gasp, wiping my mouth with the back of my hand, my face burning with humiliation.

Adrain wipes himself with a handkerchief, and tucks himself back into his pants, adjusts his cuffs, and looks down at me with cold satisfaction.

“You’ve done well,” he says. “Now quit this pathetic job, pack your things, and come back to the pack with me.”

My heart lurches. I stare at him in disbelief. “What?”

“You heard me.”

I crawl forward desperately. “That’s not what you promised. You said if I satisfied you, you’d let me leave.”

A slow, mocking smile spreads across his face.

“Lucy,” he says, almost amused. “You’re still as naïve as you were five years ago.” He takes a step closer, his voice turning icy. “Did you really think I’d let you walk away from me again? I won’t make that mistake twice.”

My heart stutters. That isn’t part of our deal. “I can’t go with you,” I say quietly. “There’s someone here who needs me. I have responsibilities I can’t walk away from.” Adrian studies me for a long moment before his eyes narrow. “Someone?” he asks coldly.

Adrian’s eyes narrow dangerously.

“Another man?” he accuses, his tone flat and icy. “Is that why you won’t come back? Some pathetic fool you’ve been spreading your legs for?”

He thought I refused to leave because of some man.

Before I could say a word, my phone started ringing from the corner of where it fell earlier. The loud buzz cuts through as my stomach drops the second I see the screen light up, knowing who was calling.

It is the hospital. The number for the pediatric ward flashes there, the one I have memorized from too many late-night calls regarding my son.

And now Adrain is accusing me… I have never been with any other man, only Adrain. There is no other.

Immediately, I reach for the phone fast, my fingers trembling, but before I could pick it up, Adrain’s foot slams down on my hand hard.

My stepbrother pins my wrist to the ground, his face staying completely blank. Those amber eyes look at me with zero feeling, just cold, empty stares. “Who is he?” He questions coldly.

“Adrain…” My mouth opened to explain in a stutter. “Please…” I try to find my words as the phone keeps ringing, vibrating nonstop. Each buzz feels like a knife twisting in my chest.

My little boy needs me. The doctors warned me that his condition might turn bad fast if the surgery does not happen soon.

The phone keeps ringing.

He ignores the phone for a moment and then leans over me more. His scent is intoxicating while his free hand grabs my jaw hard. His fingers dig into my cheeks, tilting my face up so I have to look at him.

His grip is strong and no emotion crosses his face. He reaches over and snatches the phone with his other hand. For a second he holds it up, staring at the screen like it is proof of my betrayal. Then he sets it just out of my reach. The ringing continues, loud and desperate.

“You think you can ignore me and answer him?” he says. His hand then slides from my jaw down to my throat in a choke, resting there like a warning.

His palm feels hot against my skin, thumb right over my racing pulse. He can sense everything. the fear sweating on my body, the way my breath catches, the terror I feel toward him.

I squirm under his grip, my tears dripping from my eyes. “It is not what you think. Please let me pick it up.”

His fingers tighten on my throat just enough to make spots dance in my vision. Not choking me fully, but close.

Enough to remind me who is in control. His face stays emotionless, amber eyes flat as he watches me struggle, his cold eyes never leaving my eyes intensely. He looks beautiful and terrifying at the same time, my stepbrother who became my mate in the past in every way that matters to the beast inside him now.

Then the phone starts ringing again as I buck harder. “Please!…”

He does not move at first. Just hold me down, studying my face in fury as he holds my throat even tighter. “How dare you cheat on me?”

“Please!” I struggle to voice out in a loud desperate tone. The scream rips out of me before I can think. “Please, let me answer it! It’s my son!”

  • My Alpha Stepbrother’s Obsession   Chapter 27

Lucy POV My wolf snarled, It lived low in my chest, tangled up with something that pulsed every time I looked at him. My wolf didn’t stop whining. Later that day, I found him on the balcony outside my room. He was standing with his back to me, hands braced on the railing, staring out at the dark tree line like he was trying to out-stare the whole forest. The moonlight caught the sharp line of his jaw, and even from behind I could feel how tense he was, like a wire pulled too tight. My heart was hammering so hard I thought he could probably hear it. Hesitatedly, I walked to him. "Adrian…." I mutter. He didn't turn around. "I need to know," I said, my voice shaking more than I wanted it to. "Earlier, when I… when my wolf… my wolf kept saying mate. She wouldn't stop." I swallowed hard. "Do you feel it too?" He stayed mute as usual, as if I’m not even standing there at all. "Please," I continued. "Just tell me, do you feel it too? Or you dislike me so much that you didn’t notice

  • My Alpha Stepbrother’s Obsession   Chapter 26

Lucy POV The weeks after, something between us changed even if neither of us agreed to accept it. I could see the softer side of him. It wasn't something big, It was small things, things I could have imagined if I let myself doubt them too much. A cup of tea left outside my door in the morning, still warm, like he'd timed it just right before I woke up. He always brings me things nonchalantly and they were things I needed. A ride to school when the rain came down so hard the roads flooded, him waiting in the car for me to join him without a word, like he'd known I would need him before I knew it myself. He never said he did these things for me. He never said anything at all or accepted my appreciation . If I thanked him, he'd just grunt irritatedly or look away, like the gratitude embarrassed him more than the act itself. But I noticed. I noticed everything now. Even the night the storm had come out of nowhere. One second the sky was clear, the next the clouds had rolled in hea

  • My Alpha Stepbrother’s Obsession   Chapter 25

Lucy POV It happened so fast The fall had knocked the breath clean out of me. For a second I couldn't tell if the pounding in my chest was fear or the crash of his heart against mine, our bodies pressed too close, my hands still locked behind his neck like I'd forgotten how to let go. Adrain didn't say anything. His jaw was tight, a muscle ticking there, and his eyes swept down to my ankle before they ever came back to my face. Just then, he broke the silence. “You are bleeding.” He said, gazing down at my leg as I followed his gaze to see my toe was already bleeding. Then, without a word, he bent and swept my legs out from under me. I gasped, grabbing at his shoulders on instinct, suddenly feeling the pain. Before I could speak, I feel his hands around me as he scooped me into his hands like a briber and started walking in while I stuttered. "W-what are you doing? I can walk…" He didn’t say a word or acted like he heard me, he was still cold and nonchalant. He didn't stop f

  • My Alpha Stepbrother’s Obsession   Chapter 24

Lucy POV After that incident, I carried every word and every look he gave around inside me nonstop. The scene kept replaying in my head, seeing Adrain standing in his father’s study, as he told the Alpha he would regret ever calling him son if anyone laid another hand on me. The memory sat unbelievable. One part of my mind kept whispering that maybe he is starting to care about me, a part is convincing me and telling me the truth I already knew: Adrain had never liked me or cared. Not from the first day my mother married his father and I became the stepsister no one wanted. He never would. Whatever he had done the night before, it was not for me. It was for his own pride, his own idea of what an Alpha heir should be. I barely slept all night. The sheets felt uncomfortable too. Every time I closed my eyes I heard his voice again and saw him. By morning my eyes burned and my head ached. During breakfast, I did not see him. The dining table in the house dining room was filled wit

  • My Alpha Stepbrother’s Obsession   Chapter 23

Lucy POV Just then, his cold voice snapped me away from my thoughts. "Get in," he said, not looking back at me as he started walking towards the car. I hesitated for a second, rubbing at the skin on my wrist, before I followed, because what else was there to do? I had nowhere else to go, no one else who had come for me. Even if it was Adrain, even if his help came wrapped in cruelty, it was still help. The ride back to the pack house was silent. I sat in the passenger seat while he did the driving. I stayed curled against the door, watching the trees blur past the window, stealing glances at him every so often but all I could see was his usual cold look. His jaw was tight, a muscle ticking there like he was grinding his teeth, and his hands gripped the wheel harder than they needed to. Something was eating at him, but his face gave nothing else away. Cold and empty, the same face he always wore around me. I wanted to ask him why he'd come. I wanted to ask him if he actually ca

  • My Alpha Stepbrother’s Obsession   Chapter 22

Lucy POV Adrain… He came. For a second I couldn't breathe. I didn't understand why he was here. He didn't move at first. He just stood there, watching the carriage, watching me, his jaw tight in a way I didn't recognize on him. The old man scrambled down from his seat the moment he saw who it was, his face draining of color beneath his grey hair. "Young alpha." He calls, curiously wondering why he is here. "You're going to give her back." Can Adrain's cold voice. "My father sold her to you. That sale is over." "Young alpha, I paid a fortune…" Adrain took one step forward, and the man's words died in his throat. I watched him come closer, and something in me,some old, stubborn part of me that had learned a long time ago not to expect anything good from him, still braced for him. "You will hand her over," Adrain said, colder now, and somehow that made it worse for the old man, who flinched like the words had struck him. "And then you will forget you ever met her. Forget my f
