Chapter One hundred and Forty One

*Santiago*

I had left Nadia's room so she would feel a little comfortable because it seemed she acted kind of weird with my presence around.

Going to my study room, I placed my head on my desk as the events that had happened yesterday came like flashes of light.

I had rescued a girl that would have been hanging 6 feet above if I didn't get there the time I did with my team.

Now that's bad of me, always forgetting to introduce myself.

I'm Santiago Beckett, doctor and banker. I know it sounds weird but that was it!!

I had my mother and myself to take care of so I had to do a double task to make ends meet.

And my mind went to my mother, my expression and emotion immediately changed as tragedy hit.

I had rescued a girl the night before and lost my mum the same night.

What a bad fate!!

As a doctor, I tried my best to save my mother as it seemed she was torn apart by an animal but what I had forgotten to ask the team that found her, was where they found her body!
