“Anything, Lirah,” Annita, one of Nana’s friends, genuinely smiled at her.
“Please, tell me when you're annoyed at my mouth. You know, everything is new to me. Even though my life started just when Nana took care of me, I want to learn fast to help her,” Lirah said shyly. “My old life is just about cleaning, doing what my adoptive parents would be pleased with, and sleeping after my body gets tired of working the whole day.
