Chapter 39.1

I made a decision last night. A decision to make a stand for me and make amends for my mistakes. I need to clean up the mess I've caused so that we can all move on with our lives. I've had enough of moping and heartaches. It's time for a fresh start.

I went straight to Elliot's office after leaving my house. Trevor was surprised but relieved to see me, as I approached him with puffy eyes. I smiled at him with my lips tightly shut. "Is Elliot inside, Trevor?"

"Oh! Yes, he is in with Kyle and Briton, Ms. Ariella. You are welcome to come inside anytime since you don't even need an appointment to see him. I'm certain he'll be thrilled to see you. He's been in a pissy mood for the last couple of days, and I'm hoping you can help him calm down. All the employees here are adamant about seeing him because he is in full rage over little mistakes, but you actually being here will end that negativity."
