Driving down the city streets the bright city lights flashed by like shooting stars. Groaning awake her eyes fluttered open. Blinking away the fuzzy cloud over her eyes she tried to bring her hand over to help relieve the strain in her eyes, but something prevented her from doing so. Looking over at her hand she saw a larger, much rougher hand desperately clinging to hers. Looking up to the owner of the hands she froze at the full, head of dark hair sitting atop the bed. Although his face was out of view she easily recognized the man. That familiar warmth his hand brought, the large frame hunched over with slow steep breaths rising and falling at each breath he took. How could she ever forget the man she fell so in love with?She sat that for a while just staring at his hair, a small smile hovering on her lips. She had no idea just how much time had passed but it did not matter to her. Walking through the familiar large door Robin looked back at the man helping her up the stairs. His expression was somewhat solemn and dare she assume sad. She had no idea just what went on during the past three months of her hospitalisation for him to have a drastic change. Though he had always shown kindness towards her, these days it seemed that he was being extra cautious and caring. Like the time he peeled her orange for her, or when he was constantly asking if she needed anything during their ride home. They were little things and yet they seemed so sweet.
