Both women's heads snapped in his direction as he approached them.

Ayla's features were twisted in rage.

"What is she doing here?" she demanded, voice tight with restrained anger. She had heard about the attack and how he brought her to his house. The piece of information had burned her.

"What are you doing here?" Sean asked instead, his eyes narrowed in clear disapproval. The man stood between Violet and her, facing Ayla.

"You are my mate, Sean. I can come here whenever I want," Ayla gritted out, her fists were tightly clenched.

Sean turned slightly towards Violet and commanded her, "Go back to your room."

Violet didn’t wait to be told again. She slipped away, unwilling to be caught in the storm brewing behind her.

Ayla was seething now. "You gave her a room to stay?" she uttered, her voice a mix of shock and fury. "What is happening, Sean?"

"She will stay here from now on," Sean stated. Ayla blinked, trying to make sense of his words.

“You can't be serious!” she fumed, her

  • My Beta Charming   Reuniting With Her

"I knew she would compensate for her betrayal," Zen drawled out, looking pleased by the sight. Sean stood before him, jaw clenched. There was not an ounce of fear in his eyes; if anything, it burned with raw anger. Now he could see where his slave had gotten her confidence from. "So you've spoiled my slave," he remarked. He was seated on his throne, and Sean was on the ground. "She is not your slave," Sean seethed, a dangerous edge to his voice. Despite being surrounded by enemies, he remained unafraid, firm. "Where is she?" he demanded, pushing against the heavy chains on him. "Don't worry. I'll take you to her," Zen said, now approaching him. The glint in his eyes was unnerving, hinting at something ominous. He stood before him, and his mouth curled into a smirk. "After all, this is the least I could do before sending you to hell." His voice carried amusement, as though killing him would be no more difficult than crushing a fly. "We'll see who'll be the one knocking on hell'

  • My Beta Charming   Confined

The spy murmured the spell, and the air split open, revealing a portal. Its outline crackled with purple electric waves. The wizard, then, turned his face to look at him, curiosity flashing in his eyes. The realm Beta was intent on barging into meant only death for mortals like him, yet Sean showed no fear. His resolve was set across his features, as unyielding as his spirit. The man watched him step into the realm without a moment’s hesitation. With him inside, the portal sealed shut and then finally disappeared into the thin air. This time, no illusion held his vision captive. It was dark and twisted like its creator. Jagged towers rose impossibly high, their broken peaks clawing at a starless sky, while twisted silhouettes loomed in the distance. It felt as though the realm itself breathed with malevolent intent. The place reeked of a foul smell. Sean pressed on, unaffected by his surroundings. He was blind to every threat, his eyes intent on the castle on the hill, looming over

  • My Beta Charming   Losing Her?

"What the fuck are you saying?" Sean hissed, his voice low, eyes flashing violent crimson. Kael clawed at the edges, fighting for dominance. "Calm down, Kael," Azriel urged, his voice low and commanding as his gaze held his. "I promise you we’ll find her," he added in assurance, aware it would take more than just a command to get him in control. The wolf let out a growl before receding. The crimson in Sean’s eyes turned back into green. But the concern and restlessness were still there. "Where are the guards?" he asked. ........."Where is my wife?" Sean demanded, his voice razor-sharp as he glared murderously into the guard’s eyes. The guards exchanged a nervous glance before one of them swallowed hard and spoke. "Sshhh....she went to her cottage, sir. We stayed outside as you ordered. Then… we heard a noise somewhere nearby. I went to check it out, but when I came back, he was unconscious."His voice faltered. "We rushed inside the cottage, but she was gone. There was no sign of

  • My Beta Charming   Ugly Fights

Sean was in the office when he got a call. Worry gripped him at once as he noticed the bodyguard's name flashing. He picked up the call at once. "What is it?" he demanded. "She has fainted. We've taken her to the hospital," the guard told him. Sean felt as if the ground had been pulled from beneath him. "FAINTED? But how? Why?" he asked, already rushing towards the door. "She is inside. The healers are checking up on him," the guard replied. Sean hung up and set out for the hospital. He dragged a hand down his jaw. She fainted again. His pup was clearly taking a toll on her health, and with the recent developments, it was only getting worse for her. He arrived at the hospital and almost ran towards the room she was kept in. The guards were lingering outside, waiting for him. Sean rushed past them without sparing a glance and pushed open the door. Her scent mixed with many others hit him at once. But his eyes found her immediately. She was lying unconscious on the bed with a do

  • My Beta Charming    Discussion

"You should take care of yourself, Violet. You're not alone now," Sean told her, hating the way she was neglecting her health. "I don’t feel well," Violet said, her eyes rimmed red from relentless tears. Not knowing where Snoopy was weighed heavily on her chest, refusing to let her breathe."You know I’ve always struggled to let people into my life," she went on, her voice trembling. "I was terrified of being abandoned again....just like my parents abandoned me." Sean knelt in front of her, worry etched clearly into his features as he gently took her hand in his.Violet swallowed hard and continued, "I took Chris in because I knew what it meant to be alone. I raised myself. I couldn’t stand the thought of someone else growing up the same way." Her fingers tightened painfully around Sean’s hand. "That’s why I protected him. That’s why I trusted him." Her voice broke. "But he foold me."Sean drew her into a warm hug. "Everything will be fine," he murmured softly while holding her gentl

  • My Beta Charming   Chris and Violet

"Where is Snoopy?" Violet questioned sternly. Chris didn’t respond. He sat slumped against the wall, legs stretched out, arms pulled upward and bound to the thick chains hanging from the ceiling. If not for the rasp of his uneven breathing, she might have thought he was already dead."Answer me," the woman snapped, impatience cutting her tone.Chris raised his head to look at her. A chill ran down her spine as she met his gaze. The woman wasn't able to recognize him. He looked like Chris, but something about him felt unfamiliar, as if a stranger were wearing his face. "Who are you?" she asked, her voice unsteady as she stared at him with wide eyes.Chris smiled, which somehow made him look even more chilling. "Not someone important," he murmured. "That is for us to decide," Violet shot back, not amused at all. She was feeling betrayed, fooled. He presented himself as a homeless, helpless orphan, got into her house. He abused her trust and lied to her without an ounce of conscience
