"Good afternoon, ma'am. How may I help you?" A young female receptionist uttered as I walked to the reception desk.

"Afternoon," I said, stifling the ire bubbling within me with a tight smile. "I'm here to see Alessandro."

"Do you have an appointment with him?" She asked, and I shook my head.

Fuck, I had forgotten that his company had very tight security.
