"I feel like death," Scarlett muttered from the kitchen table when Lucy walked in to grab a coffee. "Griffin left me in secret this morning, and I know he is gone forever."

It was the truth.

Griffin was gone, and Scarlett felt like she had been run over by a truck. Her heart was hurting. The world had lost its color, and everything felt incredibly dark.

She had never felt like this for any other person in her entire life. Griffin was unique, and they had insane chemistry, something he had thrown away because he didn't think her feelings were real.
