Chapter 16

Griffin was still exhausted the day after landing in Spain. Scarlett was seeing a therapist, and he was visiting the iSky office in this country in the hope of inspiring the workers.

"And this is the cafeteria—"

He tuned out from the guiding tour he was being given by Felicia. But since he didn't want to appear unfriendly, he kept a well-practiced smile glued to his lips.

Felicia seemed pleased by it, and they continued their tour until, eventually, it was over. Griffin was then led to the office of one of the executive directors, Mrs. Bennett.

Apparently, she wished to speak to him.

He entered her office, tossing his jacket over a chair before laying down on the couch. Mrs. Bennett wasn't here, and Griffin was tired enough to nap until she arrived.
