Reiner's POV:

"I'm sorry grandmother. But I won't do it."

Grandmother showed no reaction. She sat quietly in her seat and watched me.

"Why's that?" She demanded.

I faced her boldly. "I have my reasons. If Dickson ever returns, he will make things difficult for me. Secondly, his return would be a challenge to my authority. He wouldn't respect me as his Superior."

Grandmother sipped a little bit from her coffee. "Maybe you should have thought about that before you humiliated him before the entire workers."

"He insulted me and my wife," I defended. "He insulted our family name. I cannot stand back and absorb such insults. Which is why I kicked him out. I have my methods and it works for me."

Sylvester chipped in. "Dickson is a very important member of the company. He looks after things while I'm away."
