Chapter 44

Amilia's POV

I was actually coming out of the mansion to play in the garden like I usually did, when I saw aunt Judith looking around as if checking if anyone was looking at her,and when she was sure no one had their eyes on her, she made her move. I was also quick enough to follow her.

I got a little bit scared when aunt Judith caught one of the guards following her. Initially when she instructed that the person who was following her should come out if hiding, I thought it was me but when I saw her talking to the guard I became a bit relieved.

I really wondered where she was going because she wanted to keep it a secret from everyone. I slowly began to walk behind her, making sure that she didn't notice my presence.

My legs began to feel weak and tired as she kept on walking farther and farther away from the mansion. At one point I almost turned back but then I realized that I didn't know the way back so following aunt Judith where
