Chapter 18

Stanley dialed Kimberly’s number but she didn’t pick up any of his calls, he got worried and drove around town checking if he could find her but he couldn’t.

He didn’t know anywhere that she could go apart from her parent's place, and he didn’t know Layla’s location. So he drove to Parker’s mansion.

On arrival, he saw a car parked by the gate and a man leaning on it talking with a lady. It was dark but he could tell that it was Kimberly, but he couldn’t see the man’s face.

She waved at him and he got inside his car before driving away. Stanley parked his car a little far from them so they didn’t notice he was there.

When the car drove away, Kimberly stopped a cab and got in. Stanley clenched his fist angrily, he followed the cab that she got in and realized that she went back to their home.
