Madeline family is everything
I entered the crypt and I did a head count and thank God and the Goddess they were mostly accounted for. Rae and Fane weren't there but little Willow was in my mother's arms, looking like she was five.
"The ash piles," I mumbled softly and my father nodded telling me they were rogue vampires and that Rae and Fane took them out with their wolves and chased the rest out of the palace. I grinned slightly.
"I'm glad you are all safe, I'm going to head up and find my daughter and son-in-law," I said firmly and rushed back upstairs to see Remus hugging his twin sister, Fane was speaking to both Mystrel, Boris and Ardon. Rae looked back at me and grinned.
