I took time to calm down and clear my head before heading back inside with the others. The mother and her daughter were still there waiting and making small talk with Sarah and Zack. They saw me come in and stopped talking. 

"My name is Lori Ana Steele but you can call me Ana," the little girl held her mother's hand as she introduced herself. Her mother still didn't trust us. She placed white dust for protection while we were gone. It was a simple spell that even a human could do if they had an amulet that allows them to do basic magic.
