ALAANA'S POV
I was in my room,my arms folded, staring out into the forest. My mind was a storm of anger, confusion, and disbelief. The Mate bond pulsed faintly in my chest, a constant reminder of the cruel twist that had bound me to him, Omega Servant. The lowest of the low.
I had always dreamed of a Mate, a strong and powerful Mate, I had imagined having a Mate, who's stronger than my father. A Mate, who could command the respect of the entire Pack. But this? This was a nightmare.
Why? Would the Moon Goddess do this to me?, after waiting for my Mate for long, only to be Mated to an Omega.
A gentle knock on the door pulled me from my thoughts, making me startled.”Yes come in.”
A maid entered, bowing slightly as she stepped inside, with a polite smile, she said “Alpha king, request for your presence princess.”I nodded and slowly followed her to my father's chambers.
Reaching my father's chambers, I slowly opened the wooden door.Air thickened by his presence. The Alpha King stood by the large window, his back to me and his arms wrapped behind his back.
You called me, Daddy,” I said, my voice calm despite the tension in it.
He turned to face me, his golden eyes glowing with disappointment. “Close the door,” he said gruffly.
I obeyed, and closed the heavy door behind me before stopping to look. My father's gaze bore into me, and for the first time in my life, I felt small under his watchful eyes.
Do you understand the gravity of what happened today?" he asked, his voice low and flat.
"Yes," I replied, raising my chin.
The Alpha King's expression hardened. “So you know how unacceptable this is. "You're, the future leader of this pack, and you're my only child, how can you be Mated to an Omega servant?”He spat out the words as if they were poison? How does that make me look?”
I swallowed hard and said."I didn't choose this, Father, the Moon Goddess did it.”
"This is shameful," he said quietly. "It's not about you, Alaana, it's about our pack. It's about our legacy. Having an Omega as your Mate will destroy everything we've built. The Pack will never respect you with someone like him by your side.”
I was speechless for the next few seconds as his words hit me like a freight train.
The Alpha King steps closer, his voice softening slightly but still firm.”Alaana you know that you can't accept him as your Mate, you will have to reject him and get married to Rylan.”
Silence falls over me and I'm left with my thoughts.Although I never liked Rylan, and I only agreed on marrying him only because I couldn't find a Mate.
I looked at the Alpha King, my mind battling with me. I hated the Mate bond,I hated how it made me feel like I was never interested in having a Mate. But rejecting my Mate is not a decision to be taken lightly. It wasn’t just pain—it was a deep pain in my heart, a wound that never healed.
The Alpha King’s voice was softer, as if pleading. “You are my daughter, Alaana. My heir. You were created to be great, you can't be the Mate of a weak Omega. Reject him, and we can move on. You can marry Rylan as planned. Strengthen the Pack,as you were meant to.”
I swallowed hard, my throat tight. I hated feeling torn. Part of me wanted to obey my father, to reject him, to erase the bond that threatened to destroy everything. But another part of me—small and buried—felt a pang of guilt. This wasn’t the Omega fault. He hadn’t asked for this, either.
"I…need time," l finally said, my voice barely above a whisper.
The Alpha King's jaw tightened, but he nodded. “Take tonight. But in the morning I hope you do the right thing — for yourself and for the Pack.”
I turned and saw the disappointment on my father’s face. As I walked through the empty hallways, I felt the bond faintly in my chest, a harsh reminder of the choice I had to make.
My father’s words stuck in my mind: “You were made for greatness.” But as the bond tugged at my heart, i wondered if rejecting him would break me in ways I couldn’t yet understand
On getting to my chamber. I called on my favorite maid. Elara immediately she appeared in the doorway. “You called for me, my princess?” I need you to call the Omega servant for me.
Her expression was careful with a flicker of curiosity in her eyes. “Is it Williams, your Mate”.
Yes, Williams,”is his name Williams? I asked, and she nodded. I said, with a sharp edge of impatience. “Bring him here at once.”
Of course, my Princess.” Elara bowed low,and hurried down the hall.
When Williams was summoned, his presence confirmed my despair. Hunching his shoulders, he lowered his head and walked as if the air around him was too heavy for him to bear.
Williams looked up at me, a mixture of fear and sadness in his eyes. “Yes, Princess,” he said softly.
I frowned at his formal tone. “You’re not what I expected,”I admitted, my voice tinged with frustration. “How could the Moon Goddess Mate me with… someone like you?”
Williams flinched, but nodded. “I know I don’t deserve you,” he said, his voice firm despite the pain in his chest. “I’ll reject the Mate bond if you want it.”
With that, I felt a sharp pain, and I immediately clinched on my chest, unable to breath well. My Wolf growled inside me. Part of me wanted to scream, to demand answers from the Moon Goddess. But another part—a smaller, quieter part—felt guilty for the pain in his eyes.
Do you know what this means to me? I asked, my voice a little low. I was supposed to marry Rylan. To strengthen the Pack. Now the Moon Goddess made you my Mate, What Will other Pack's think of my father, Alpha King.
“I’m sorry,” Rylan said,"I never imagined being your Mate my Princess, his voice breaking. “I never meant to do this. But I’ll do anything you ask me to do to fix this.”If it's to Reject the bond, I will gladly do it my Princess
I clenched my jaw and turned away, I felt an overwhelming pull towards him, the bond was so strong that it clouded my judgment, and I wasn't hearing what he was saying. To make things worse,my Wolf stirred violently within me, prowling under my skin.
I suddenly found myself drawn to the Omega servant, whose gentle nature and quiet strength captivated me.the tension became unbearable; the chemistry between ignited a fire that i couldn't resist.
The realization of what I was about to do, sent a jolt through my body, sharp and unforgiving. He was my mate. This lowly Omega, with his unassuming posture and barely audible presence. My wolf howled with delight, but I gritted my teeth, fighting against the rush of heat pooling in my veins.
He just looked at me, fear written all over his face. My wolf howled. I felt a sudden, uncontrollable urge to push him away, to demand answers to this madness that was engulfing me. But when my hands clenched tighter in his shirt, my body betrayed me. My breaths became short and rapid.
“Why are you tempting?”I whispered loudly, even though I already knew.
“Because we’re Mate,” he said, his voice quiet but full of emotion.
He smiled. It wasn’t a cocky, mocking smile, but a genuine, accepting one. It was like he could see through me.
I lost control.
I slammed into him, my lips meeting his, I desperately kissed him, and he kissed me back, with as much intensity. The kiss was rough and unrelenting. Moving closer to my bed, his strong hand slid delicately under my skirt. My heart pounded furiously against my chest. I spread my leg without hesitation, my body knowing what it needed before my mind did.
He paused and looked at me, with lust in his eyes and then put his two fingers on my pussy.
Ahhhhh… I bit my lip, moaning softly as he touched me.
Williams broke the kiss and began placing kisses on my shoulder, and then I felt one of his hands grabbing my breast while his mouth was on the other, sucking. A low moan left my lips as he caressed my breast while sucking the other one. At that moment I forgot everything, I forgot that I was being pleasured by an Omega Servant, which the Pack members will never allow, to be the next Alpha King. I forgot everything and allowed myself to get lost with the feeling of Williams' mouth on my breast. I hated the Mate bond for making me feel this way.
Our bodies were on fire, and my cheeks were screaming at the top of my lungs. I hated him for being my Mate, for nullifying my control, but god, I needed him. Every touch, every kiss deepened the hunger.
Before I could think,my clothes were shed and restraints were lost. I forgot that I was the Alpha daughter, the next Luna and I was with an Omega Servant. Our bodies were entwined, hearts pounding in rhythm, the bond snapping into place like a wildfire consuming everything it touched.
The next morning light filtered through the curtains, painting the room in soft golden hues. The warmth of the sun caressed my skin, pulling me from the depths of sleep. As I slowly opened my eyes, I sprawled on my bed, my silk sheets tangled around me. Beside me, lay Williams, the Omega's Servant. The previous night had been a whirlwind of passion and vulnerability, a forbidden moment of connection that neither us expected or planned.
My heart raced from what happened last night. I turned to look at Williams, who was still sleeping peacefully. I felt a pang of guilt for my actions that might have put him in trouble.
Suddenly, the door to my room opened. There stood Rylan, his expression a mixture of shock, betrayal, and anger. His golden eyes flickered between me and William, piecing together the scene before him.
WILLIAM'S POV The blood of the rogues, soaked into my robe. My bones ached, my Wolf moved uncomfortably. We have won.Or at least, I won, if that means anything. Now the Pack was crowded. The rogue's attack was unexpected and brutal. But it passed like a whirlwind, and my anger gave me strength I didn’t expect. Maybe it’s the pain. Perhaps it was the fact that I saw Alaana dressed in white, making vow to someone else. As I entered the guest quarter, I was hailed by the guards. I barely shook my head."Alpha William," one of them said. "The council wants a report.""That will be later," I mumbled. "I need to clean up."I entered the room that was given to me and Lisa to spend the night."William!"Lisa called out I turned back towards her direction. She came up to me like a storm, anger written all over her face, her eyes full of betrayal."You lied!" She shouted, stopping inches from me. Her voice echoed.I opened my eyes wide. "What are you talking about?"I asked, looking confused
ALAANA'S POV Immediately I heard that the Pack was being attacked by rogues. I stood frozen, unable to move,my heart was beating fast, then it occurred to me that my father might be in danger.I ran outside immediately.Rylan was already standing by the window, looking out. "They've crossed the eastern border," he whispered hoarsely. "We have to find my father." I said "No!," he said quickly. "First we have to help the people, I'm very sure the guards are protecting the Alpha."We went outside together, our feet pounding the marble floor of Pack's house. Before we even entered the Alpha quarter, the smell of blood filled the air. We could hear the sounds of rogues screaming. Bodies lay motionless on the floor. Then I sighted a mighty white Wolf, fighting the rogues. His movements were terrifyingly graceful. He mercilessly brought down the rogues, sending their lifeless bodies tumbling across the floor."Who could that be...?" Rylan whispered beside me, his eyes wide. The Wolf was o
RYLAN'S POVI had fought several wars and saw people who died and who got injured severely. But never have I seen someone who died in front of me and resurrected. I couldn't believe my eyes.William.It took me several minutes to recognize him, even though the man who I was looking at right now;looked nothing like the Omega I had last seen, bleeding in the mud.His hair was now clean and shiny, free of sweat and dirt. His once hollow cheeks were now stiff and jagged. His shoulders were broader, his neck straighter, and he wore a black suit that emphasized the aura of a ruler. Next to him stood a beautiful young woman who held his hand. But that was William. It was William, William's eyes that were once filled with pain and defiance, were now deathly calm.He should have been dead.No one returned from this battlefield alive. So William didn't die?. He came back to life. Now he’s back…dressed like a King.I was becoming uncomfortable, as I began to sweat profusely, adjusting my tie.
WILLIAM'S POVThe silence of my room was the only thing that truly understood me.My room was a haven for me, despite the noise of the wind rattling against the tall windows and the noise of the Pack members practicing in the courtyard. I was no longer the Omega servant I once was. Now, I was now the face of Darkmoon Pack, at least in public. I have been a lonely person whose heart bled every day for his Mate.I stood by the window, looking at the sky, my hands wrapped around each other, as I watched the sky. I felt different today. I could feel a heaviness in the air that I couldn’t let go of, as if the forest was holding its breath. My Wolf had been restless. A sure sign that something was about to happen. I didn't know what it was. Then I heard a knock at my door."Come in!" I called out, already pulling away from the window. The door opened, and Alpha Austin walked in, as imposing as ever, but today his demeanor was a little unsettled. His blonde hair, still pulled back neatly, s
ALAANA'S POV Two Years Later I stood at the front of the mirror in my room. My face pale beneath layers of makeup. The Pack was filled with excitement, but my heart remained empty. Today is my wedding day. A day that was meant to be celebrated, laughter and love. But none of that I felt. I stared at my reflection in the mirror,my lips, my makeup were looking perfect but I couldn’t hide my sad eyes from the makeup. I looked like a bride, dressed in the best silk dress my father could afford, but inside me, I felt like a ghost in a mask. It's been two years since I've been crying myself to sleep, his voice ringing in my ear and the warmth of my hug against his skin.I could still feel the Mate bond, deep down I know he is still alive somewhere. My father entered the living room where I was standing, and suddenly closed the door. The veil of my wedding gown fell behind me. My heart was full of fear instead of joy. The room was silent, except for the sound of music that echoed thr
ALAANA'S POV I went to the warriors quarter and pushed the door where Rylan was. The soldiers inside seemed surprised at the sudden intrusion, but I ignored their gaze. My eyes, sharp as a hurricane, scanned the room until I saw Rylan seated at a corner.“Rylan”. I called out My breath hitched, my eyes wide and sensual. Rylan stood alone, leaning against his backpack after hours of training, but straightened at the sight of me."Princess Alaana?" he called, startled by my sudden appearance. "What are you doing here? It's late..." He asked."Don't pretend like you care," I said, my voice sharp and steel-sharp. "I came for the truth."Rylan frowned. "What truth are you talking about?"His eyes were burning, fierce and broken. "What did you do to William's?"He opened and closed his mouth. "William's?""Don't pretend to be surprised!" I shouted. "Don't act like an innocent warrior, Rylan. I know. I've known you for a long time now. And enough is enough."Rylan blinked. "Princess Alaana
