"You need to focus Daisy. Focus!" Dad have started training me on using my powers. At least the basic before the warlock aka my papa comes to take me for more magic training. Fire was cool and easy. Drawing life force from water wasn't bad. But Air and earth is so hard. I've been trying to levitate anything but I can't even lift myself talk more a feather.

"It's just not working. I'm really trying here Dad." Angrily throwing my hands in the air out of frustration.

"There's no such thing as not working. Take your mind off everything else, use your mind and it will work." Dad says.

I nod breathing in and out giving it one last attempt. Like it's just a feather for crying out loud. How difficult can it possibly be? I close my eyes ridding my mind of all worries and thoughts. Putting deep concentration into the feather thinking of it afloat, suspended in the air as I happily peek an eye open.
