CHAPTER 43 Skylar Missing Steve

Nurse Fiera held Skylar’s arm, pulled her gently to make her stand.

“Sky, you shouldn’t be late on your meal, lets get down.” 

The nurse shook her head, and Sky walked with her slowly after nodding her head in yes.

Though everybody was sitting together and eating their meal like a family, there is nothing like before between them.

There is a pin drop silence like there is nothing to talk about between them.

Skylar doesn’t know about anybody else, but she was eating her food with half heart because she was missing Steve’s presence on the dining table.

She thought it was better when she was a lunatic and he daily feeds her breakfast and dinner with his hands and makes sure she is eating properly and her stomach full. He even resumes his long quitting cooking skills for her.

Sky’s nose turns sour in controlling her tears, and she crouches on her plate more than before.
