‘You can’t leave me.’ He was shaking her body vigorously to make her wake and come back to him. He still couldn’t believe that he lost her.

Suddenly, Anna got up from her sleep and saw him all over her, shaking her body in his sleep. She was frightened, “Neil...Neil...come back to senses.” she patted his cheek, calling out to him. He got up at the start and soon realised that he was having a nightmare, next moment he hugged her tight, mumbling only this, “Anna, don’t leave me alone, don’t leave me alone.”

“Neil relax, it’s only a dream…” she rubbed his back, cocooning him in her arms as he buried his face in the crook of her neck. Few tears rolled down his eyes, making her skin wet.
