"Let me go!"

Marcus was startled awake to find he was no longer in Giselle's dreadfully cold and cramped hospital room. He was at his house now, asleep on the couch since God knows when.

The head alpha sighed, and slumped back against his couch.

Resting his hand on his forehead, Marcus stared at the ceiling, remembering what had happened this afternoon.
