CHAPTER FORTY-FOUR

Andrew staggered back almost tripping on his bed.

Standing in front of him was a tall but pliant young woman. She was dressed in all cyan-blue shorts and a sweatshirt, her dark red hair though stacked up in a high ponytail was still at knee length.

Andrew narrowed his eyes on her barefoot.

The lady chuckled,

"I mean I could have knocked but that seems too boring," she said.

Andrew arched a brow,

How the hell did she climb in? This is a 3-storeyed building, this is the third floor, and there is no ledge on that window.

"Oh my, you don't recognize me?" She gushed, then moved forward with her arms stretched out.

Andrew's heart exploded as he saw the movement of her feet. It was so fast and blurry that it looked like she was slowly floating toward him.

He watched her keenly while trying to keep his expression even. He thought he was going to die from a heart attack because his heart pounded violently. To make matters worse, his wolf remained neutral. It wasn't reacting to the being bef
