Ezra's POV:

I ran at full speed and stopped at the door ,Fred looked at me.

"I want to see the master," I said a little out of breath.

"Does this look like a child's playground?" Fred said.

"Please, it's important," I said.

" Be ready to bear any consequences "he said and went into the library.

" Master Ezra wants to see you," Fred said to the master.

Naomi's face turned sour.

"Let her in, " Chris said to Fred.

Fred let me in.

Chris looked at the book in Ezra's hands.

"What happened? " he asked her.

"Master…"

Chris glared at Naomi who was trying to interrupt Ezra and Naomi shut her mouth.

" Master I was heading to my room to keep the book when she suddenly called me a thief before I told her I wasn't and she dragged the book from my hand in the process the book tore and she said she would report me to you and she ran and came here"I said .

Chris kept quiet for a while, probably contemplating what to do.

"Fred, " he called.

Fred came in.

"Take this maid and whip her 10 times for
