Third Person's POV
Her tone softened. "It's not you?"
"Of course not! Someone's trying to drive a wedge between us," Richard said, beads of sweat forming on his forehead.
"I don't care! Wire another million to my account! My men are hurt like this because we're doing favors for you! Give us the money, and we'll leave tonight!" Bianca seized the opportunity to demand more.
"Do you take me for a philanthropist? I've already given you five million. Is that not enough?" Richard sneered. He was no pushover.
"We got hurt while working for you. You should take responsibility!"
"I told you to leave earlier. You didn't listen. Serves you right!" Richard snapped.
Bianca had to back down—Richard had indeed warned her to leave. "Fine, next time we work together, it'll cost you more than that!"
She hung up resentfully and left the resort with her badly injured crew.

Third Person's POV"Don't blame her. She had no choice back then……" Moira sighed softly, fearing that Sunny might harbor resentment towards Olivia. "She was too naive in her youth. Deceived by someone in high school, she had you and had to leave because of certain circumstances……""Did she end up in jail?" Seeing Moira's hesitation, Sunny asked directly.Moira was taken aback, her gaze softening as she looked at Sunny. She gently asked, "Sunny, do you know about all this? Who told you? It couldn't have been Olivia, could it?""It wasn't her," Sunny said, her eyes cast down."I thought as much. But aside from her, who else could it be? In this city, our social circle is so small, and there are very few people who know about Olivia's past……" Moira frowned anxiously."Aunt Moira, it doesn't matter who said it. Right now, I just want to learn more about her; otherwise, I can't find peace," Sunny said wit

Third Person's POV"Who is Richard? Who can contend with him?" Jessica's ignorance of the business world piqued her curiosity."Richard is Blake's uncle. He was imprisoned five years ago for his crimes. Now that he's out, he's unwilling to let Blake solely control the Royal Wolf Pack. Lately, he's been orchestrating quite a few schemes. I'm unsure why Blake has been tolerating him," Cedrick explained, somewhat informed about these matters."It's truly sorrowful when family turns on each other," Jessica sighed."Yes, I suspect Blake hasn't confronted Richard directly due to the Royal Wolf Pack's former Lycan King and Lycan Luna. This stalemate is undoubtedly unfavorable to him," Cedrick concurred, finding the situation quite vexing.Jessica whispered, "If the two elders knew their son and grandson were locked in a power struggle, they'd be heartbroken too."Cedrick suddenly reached out and gently stroked her long hair. "When do you plan to me
Third Person's POVAt the mention of "child," Cedrick's eyes deepened.Unaware of her own slip, Jessica continued, "If we have a son, he'll definitely fear you; if it's a daughter, she might be fearless like me!"Cedrick suddenly grasped her hand and said softly, "It's too early to think about children. For now, I just want to pamper you like a princess."Jessica froze momentarily. The warmth of his palm enveloping hers provided a sense of security."Are you doting me like a child?" she laughed, recalling their early days when he had sternly declared he wanted a woman, not a daughter—a comment that had initially startled her.Ironically, he had ended up spoiling her like a daughter, yielding to her every whim and tolerating her quirks.Jessica felt incredibly fortunate to have met him in this life. The couple strolled toward the community supermarket, the crowd gradually thickening around them.Pushing a shopping c
Third Person's POV"Don't be mad. We're really just friends," Catherine said with a helpless smile."Where's the pure friendship among adults? Don't you know?" Blake really wanted to properly "teach this stubborn little woman a lesson."She let out a soft sigh. "I know he still has feelings for me, which is why I wanted to set things straight. I've married you, and my heart belongs only to you. I can't reciprocate his feelings."She gently stroked his face, her tone laced with guilt."So you plan to play the savior?" Blake was still not appeased."Harley hasn't had it easy. His family has left too many wounds. Between us, it's more like a familial bond. I just want to help him move on," Catherine said, maintaining eye contact."For years, he's lived in the past. I want him to see the present me—a married woman. Maybe this way, he can truly let go," she added.Blake narrowed his deep eyes, locking onto hers for a full minu
Third Person's POVUpon arriving at the restaurant, Catherine had the bodyguards dine in a nearby room while she waited by the window.Soon, Jessica and Harley entered together—though they hadn't planned to arrive as a pair, they happened to meet downstairs."Catherine, long time no see," Harley said softly as he entered.Catherine quickly stood and smiled, "Yes, it's been ages."Jessica, wearing an "I'm just a bystander" expression, quickly smoothed things over, "Let's sit! I'll order the dishes, and you two chat away. But Blake won't get the wrong idea, right? I don't want to end up on the run!"Catherine chuckled, "You're overthinking it. It's just a casual dinner among friends."Harley's gaze lingered on Catherine for a moment. Her elegance had only grown over time, and her delicate outfit highlighted her aristocratic aura."I never got the chance to congratulate you on your wedding and finding your biological
