LEONARD KISH'S POV.

Sam's gaze kept flickering towards the rearview mirror, gazing at me. His rounded shoulders and creased brows, echoed the uneasiness that had deeply settled in his heart.

I could tell something was bothering him, and I wondered if it had to do with his initial conversation with Elsa.

Although he hadn't said a word, I didn't need anyone to tell me that something was wrong.
