Chapter Five

Nina's POV

My heart palpitated when the carriage slowed down. I turned my head to look outside the window there, I saw the bustling streets, the lively crowd, and the wonderful buildings.

My heart can't help but beat faster and faster every time the carriage runs deeper into the town square it was as if I run a 100-meter sprint.

The carriage stopped its track. The door beside me opened, and a hand showed up. It was Orlando, offering his assistance. I silently took it and stepped down the carriage.

A gushing wind brushed through my skin and blew my hair away. The corner of my lips couldn't help but curl into a smile.

Finally!

We are here! I'm like a child stepping on a square for the first time. My eyes almost sparkled when I looked around the whole place.

There are so many shops, bookstores, salons, boutiques, and more! I want to visit all the stores here!
