That's what filled the room after I said that. I can't help but feel nervous because a single mistake might lead to my doom. But I need to take the risk, and it's pretty obvious that this is an arranged marriage. If this continues, I would probably be the one who would look evil, preventing the heroine and the hero from getting close.

With his form, it is obvious that he came from the high society. The way he sits looks like his a king. The way he looks at you feels like you are not important, just a speck of dust in his sight. His cold and empty eyes can make you suffocate and freeze to death.

"Why would you call off the engagement, Lady Marina?" Lord Ethan asked, half amused. He looks lazily playful in his sitting position, the other corner of his lips curled into a playful smile.

I almost can't control my eyebrows from twitching. His behavior
