What!???

My heart skipped for second!

That's all!? It was different from what I had imagined or predicted.

Did you just admit something like that to the person you found annoying and hated?! Is there no 'in your imagination?' 'stop assuming' or something along the lines?

That was indeed unexpected! I keep forgetting what I should answer.

I mentally prepared an answer if he ever denied or ignored my teasing.

Lord Ethan is so straightforward! What if I'm sad at heart!? I'm already dead! Is he not going to admit something like that? Men in earth cannot do that, scared to be looked at and called simple, fragile, or under. Which is nonsense in my opinion.

He's really a lady killer!

Arghhh that was no fun! I though it would turn into a petty revenge but to my surprise, it turned into something I didn't like. It left me agape and flushed.

And it turns out my revenge would be null as it turns out he didn't leave me behind.

I coughed slightly, noting my expression and posture as if
