Killian

My arms grew more and more tired while lifting the 100kg weight, I clearly need to go to the gym more often. I felt my muscles tightening so I dropped the weight back onto the holder guards and brought myself up drinking my water while trying to catch my breath.

I didn't usually like going to gyms with too many people because I didn't like being noticed.

My eyes began to scan the room while I caught my breath.

Everyone there either looked like they had been to the gym for years or it was there first day, there was no in between. I looked up and down all of these men and women trying to exercise their health problems away and keep fit. All of a sudden my eyes locked onto a familiar body. The most perfect body I've ever laid my hands on.

It's her.

Her curves were perfect, even better than perfect they were just indescribable. Her gorgeous back was facing me and I moved closer to her frame.

My size compared to hers was wildly different. My stature was tall, broad whereas hers quivered after feeling my presence.

"Hey baby" I growled in her ear making sure she knew it was me. I left Amara to do her job although I don't like the fact that she trains with other guys, they get way too close to her and I hate it. She doesn't realise that they only want one thing from her.

Just knowing that she is a fitness trainer makes her even sexier in my eyes and I don't even know how that's possible. I need to be alone with her again I just have to. I take my phone out of my pocket before betting into my car.

"Antonio I need you to pick up Amara from the gym I've just started training at" I told him while starting up my car. The whirr of the engine gave out a loud roar as it reversed out of the parking space.

"What time sir?" He immediately answered back.

I thought about it and I actually didn't find out what time she finished work.

"Just wait for her until she gets out" I commanded.

"And where is it that I'm taking her to?" He followed.

"My house”

"Okay boss" he answers.

I end the call and make my way back to my home.

My house was one of grandness and stature. It was in a secluded area where things were quieter and more private. There's nothing worse than living in the city where disgusting people try to invade themselves in your personal life. And drugged up homeless litter the streets begging for money, and at a change of "getting a new life" whereas everyone knows it's just the drugs they're after.

I prefer a more quiet environment where people around mind their own business and don't come knocking on the door if they were to hear a gunshot or maybe two.

As a child I grew up rich but I never wanted to inherit my parents money because then I wouldn't have earned it the hard way. I would never have experienced the things that I have and be the man I am today. Resilient, dominating and respected.

Every dime of money I earned my self, usually through crazy methods, but my business was something I was passionate about and therefore I worked hard to be able to live the way that I do.

As a single man the house I owned was way too big for me but I loved being able to accommodate my friends and family when they came to visit.

And besides I love the modern look to my home, I find myself walking through it constantly appreciating it and how I came to afford it.

It had around 20 bedrooms all equipped with their own bathrooms. Large walk in wardrobes and fitting modern decor. It may be a little excessive but when you can afford to do something which such high lavish, you just have to go for it.

I had my own personal room that the decorators designed and it was obviously the largest room. The master bedroom for the master himself.

By allowing Amara to come into my home and witness all of my personal possessions was something I would never usually allow. But this girl is just so mesmerising. I can't seem to get her out of my head no matter how hard I try. I began walking over the basement where I was greeted with my brother Cosimo and a few of my cousins, and friends.

They all surrounded a man that was tied tightly to a chair with rope. The rope cut tight through his skin that was definitely leaving imprints on him.

All of there eyes met mine as I descended the stair case and into the room to join them.

"What's going on here gentleman?" I asked huskily asserting my dominance in the room.Cosimo put his arm on my shoulder greeting me.

“it's good to see you brother, I just wish it was under better circumstances." His eyes led to the man in the chair who looked as if he feared for his life.

His left eye was blood shot he had copious amounts of blood pouring from his nose and his lip had been split.

I slowly wondered over to him moving his head forcefully from side to side.

"Does anyone want to tell what this man is doing tied up on a chair in my house?" I asked everyone.

Andreas stepped forward ready to talk.

Andreas was my bestfriend for almost 10 years now.

I've known him since I was a stupid 20 year old making mistakes left and right.

"Killian we caught him trying to sneak into one of your warehouses, we caught him just before he took anything." He informed me while giving the man on the chair an aggressive look.

Even after all these years, Andreas still had anger issues and has problems being able to control his temper.

I sank my head down in shame as I crouched down so that I was eye level to the man.

"What's your name?" I asked him, he still looked shir scared out of his mind.

"P-p-Peter" he whimpered.

I nod sympathetically.

"And why did you break into my warehouse Peter?" I asked again. He shook his head vigorously while stuttering and crying.

"I can't" he mumbled.

"What!" I raised my voice, I despise when people mumble

.

"I can't, they'll kill me?" He began to cry and became a bloody blithering mess.

"Who?" I asked. He simply shook his head and refused to answer me.

"Who!" I shouted.

This made him jump in fear and quiver.

I sighed deeply and got up back on my feet. I then began to rub my temple and my forehead with my hand.

"Cosimo, I have plans tonight and they are not going to fail, so you deal with this piece of shit because I don't have time, nor the patience for it. Make sure you're all gone by 6:00pm" I pointed to every single man in the room to make sure they all understood and heard.

I left the basement hearing sounds of fists being thrown and more blood being spilt. The mess that they make is going to need to be cleaned up before Amara gets here, or I swear to god it will be one of them in that chair next.

The sound of wood breaking and cracking filled and echoed through the halls. The splintering noise informed me that Cosimo was handling the situation exactly how I would.

Just another day for the business.

I smiled at him without even realizing I had let it slip out, the words catching me slightly off guard. I had never really trusted anyone before, and admitting it, even to myself, was not easy.“I guess I do,” I whispered softly, my eyes locking onto his.A slow, knowing smile spread across Killian’s lips, and it made me blush slightly. There was something about the way he looked at me that made me feel exposed, seen, yet completely safe. His gaze lingered, filled with a mix of desire and pride, and I couldn’t look away.Without missing a beat, he lifted the spoon back to his mouth after it had lingered in mine, tasting the sweetness that had mixed with my lips. Then he scooped up another portion of ice cream and brought it to me, his fingers brushing mine as our hands met. The contact sent a shiver straight through me, and I realized how intimate these small moments felt with him.Killian leaned closer, his chest pressing lightly against my back, and his hand slid around my waist, pu

The dress peeled off my back, leaving me bare to him. I froze for a moment, hearing nothing from Killian. My pulse raced, uncertainty mixing with desire, and I turned around to see what held him silent. He was standing back, eyes wide with awe, the desire in his gaze almost burning through me. Then his expression shifted, a shadow of anger crossing his face.“Did I say that you could turn yourself around?” His voice was low, controlled, yet carried so many unspoken intentions that my stomach tightened.I shook my head slowly, concern etched on my face. “Are you really angry?”“Use your words,” he commanded again, his tone sharper now, a mixture of assertion and need.“No, you didn’t,” I whispered, unsure of what he wanted from me.“You’re right,” Killian said, voice low, deliberate, and with a hint of amusement. His hands were like iron as he reached for me. With effortless strength, he flipped me onto my stomach, the sudden motion making me gasp audibly, my chest pressing into the so

I did not let her speak before I continued. My hands wrapped around hers, pulling them gently into mine, and I searched her eyes with mine. Every flicker of emotion she tried to hide, every tiny hesitation, I caught it.“But this time I need complete honesty from you, Amara,” I said, my voice low but firm. “I need you to tell me the truth. All of it. Every time. No exceptions.”Her lips parted slightly, but she said nothing, only gave a small, almost imperceptible nod.“Use your words,” I pressed, the firmness in my tone making her jump slightly.“I will,” she whispered, her voice soft, hesitant, almost shy.“Good girl,” I said, my lips brushing hers immediately after, pulling her body close. She responded without hesitation, her mouth opening to mine, her warmth pressing against me. I could not fault her. Her lips were incredible. The way she used them, teasing and desperate at once, made my body tighten with need. I wanted to explore her lips further, claim them fully, and taste eve

A small smirk curved her lips as I closed the distance, my heart doing a stupid, excited staccato in my chest. My own mouth went dry and then parted, words trapped like birds that could not find the sky.“All three? You took on all three?” I managed to gabble, pointing toward the three hulking men now groaning on the floor.Amara sat as if nothing had happened. Calm, poised, almost bored. Every line of her posture told a story of skill and quiet confidence. She lifted her chin and smiled like a blade slipping out of a velvet sheath. Her voice flowed when she spoke, a melody that could soothe or slice depending on how she meant it. Deadly and soft at once.“Mr Medici, I have been in this business a very long time. You do not think a woman like me would not learn how to defend herself?” Her words wrapped around me and held me in place. You are amazing, I said without meaning to. The confession left my lips before my brain could stop it.For a second her smugness cracked, replaced by an

“Aww, you boys are cute. You think you can intimidate me?” Her laugh rang out, stronger now. She was nothing like the girl I had come to know. Completely different. Arrogant, yes, but in a sexy, confident way. She demanded attention instead of shying away from it. “Answer the question.” My voice rose slightly, and her eyes rolled toward me. I was leaning against a desk in the dark corner, arms crossed, radiating a seriousness she had never seen before. Her eyes widened slightly, then locked onto mine, her smirk deepening. Sexy. Stop it, Killian. “I’m surprised it took you boys so long to figure it out. I mean, I was absent from this house for a while, same time as the attacks.” Her confidence grew with every word. Even tied to a chair, she held the upper hand, using it to toy with three men surrounding her. “Who are you working for?” Cosimo stepped closer, arms crossed like mine. Her head rolled toward him, smirk still prominent. “And what makes you think I work for anyone?”

Taking his hand in mine, he shook it firmly, one hand in mine and the other resting on top, holding the shake with purpose. “You got a last name with that?” he asked, letting go and stepping back slightly. “King.” His face shifted through a series of emotions—bewilderment, confusion, then sudden shock and realization. I had seen that look many times, always when I revealed my last name. Many knew it, and those who didn’t learned quickly. “King? You’ve never told me that before. Why does that sound familiar?” Killian’s hand went to his lightly stubbled chin, rubbing it as his eyes narrowed in thought. Andreas stepped back another pace, creating distance between us. I was used to it. “Killian, we need to talk. Now,” Andreas said, leading him toward a door I assumed led to the next room. I worried about leaving Andreas alone with him. Clearly he knew something, and I didn’t want it to come out. Killian followed out, and I was left in silence with Cosimo and Antonio. I didn’t know
