Skylar is still unique and special. While she & Mina are both special cases in terms of the EW program, Skylar is a Royal, and younger, and smaller of frame. Mina is there as a friend & buffer to Audrina & Co, and to anyone else who would try to target her.

This is a revolving door. Skylar has key info but also Sierra kinda knows as well because she has guessed just from observation. If Skylar won't say who it is why hasn't Sierra at least given her suspension? Also, why haven't all the adults at this point put it together and force her to say?
