I yawned on the bed, and finally opened my eyes.

My eyes met with the strange ceiling, and everything came flashing back. It occurred to me that I was in a different room, in Damian’s house.

I could hear the slow stringing of a guitar from the balcony. Outside the room.

I stood up and walked to the window where I could see the balcony. Damian was humming some songs and strumming his guitar.

It soothened my soul, even before I could grasp the wordings.
