BLAZE’S POV

“Caramel! Caramel, wake up!” I called out her name and shook her body in anxiety but she wasn’t moving.

Then I turned to Monica.

“What the hell did you do that for!” I raised my voice at her.

I could tell she was startled as she covered her mouth with her hands, looking shocked at Caramel who wasn’t moving an inch.

“If something happens to her, just have it in mind that you’ll be going to jail.” I threatened her, with anger.

Then I touched her neck to be sure if she was still breathing or not and to my relief, she was still breathing. Immediately, I carried her back to the beach and those who had given up saw me from afar and ran towards me.

“What happened to her?” Paul asked, looking alarmed.

“She tripped and fell hard but it seems she passed out.” I replied as I handed her over to him.
